The duration of each visit is tailored to your needs.
The length of time for a consultation session is flexible.
For hands on support there is a minimum of 3 hours, as experience has demonstrated that organizing sessions of shorter durations do not produce ideal results.
The Organizer will work as quickly and efficiently as possible to streamline the process for you. The biggest variable determining how long a project takes is how quickly you make decisions; likewise, project outcomes often depend on your willingness to let go of items.
There is a new hourly rate.
Payment in full is due at the completion of each organizing session.
Accepted forms of payment include: cash and cheque.
Cheques are made payable to Organize & Simplify London.
If a client needs to cancel or change an appointment for any reason other than a true emergency or serious illness, please provide no less than 24 hours advance notice so that others may book that time.
Unless 24 hours or more notice is received, prior to a client’s scheduled appointment start time, a cancellation fee will be charged.
The Client has the right to terminate services with written notice. The Client agrees to pay for services already rendered, and any other outstanding fees.
The Organizer reserves the right to withdraw from an organizing project if the conditions are perceived to be unsafe, if clients are in breach of their agreement (bounced cheques, non-payment, etc.), or if the services requested by clients cannot be provided through no fault of the Organizer.
The Organizer may refer another service provider or reconsider if the work area conditions change.
The Organizer recognizes your time is valuable and you should get the most from each session. Therefore, it is helpful to make arrangements for managing any potential distractions so that sessions proceed without interruption.
Clients may provide a list of specific items they do not want to be touched or moved. Any personal items you do not want to be viewed by the Organizer should be put in a separate area away from the project space.
This organizer is very fond of pets, however if they are aggressive and/or harmful, they should be contained away from the work area.
You maintain control at all times throughout the process. Letting go of items that have served their purpose will be encouraged, but the final decision will always remain yours. Nothing will be discarded without the client’s permission. Any item the client decides to discard will remain the responsibility of the client. Thus the client is responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the discarding or destroying of any records or personal effects. The client agrees to make final decisions about disposition of items.
The Organizer will use reasonable care in the performance of all of duties. The Organizer will not accept responsibility for any damage to a client’s property that is not the direct result of the Organizers gross negligence.
Firearms must be unloaded and placed under lock and key.
The Organizer would be grateful to include before and after photos of each project as part of the work history. No identification, reference to locations, or any other personal information is included when photos are used. Only with the consent of each individual client, will photos and testimonials be posted without remunerations on the social media account, website, or in print.
Your privacy is a priority to the Organizer and your information will never be sold or distributed. In addition, your testimonial, pictures or name will never be used to promote unlawful or morally objectionable activities including (but not limited to): sending unsolicited email; activities designed to defame, embarrass, harm or abuse third parties; or hate crime of any kind.
The Organizer will not be held responsible for the performance of third-party companies, and / or associates. This includes performance that falls below an acceptable standard, or damages made by third parties.
