The duration of each visit is tailored to your needs, with a minimum of 3 hours. Through experience, organizing sessions of shorter durations do not produce ideal results. The Organizer will work as quickly and efficiently as possible to streamline the process for you. The biggest variable determining how long a project takes is how quickly you make decisions; likewise, project outcomes often depend on your willingness to let go of items.

If a client needs to cancel or change an appointment for any reason other than a true emergency or serious illness, please provide no less than 24 hours advance notice so that others may book that time.

The Client has the right to terminate services with written notice. The Client agrees to pay for services already rendered, and any other outstanding fees.
The Organizer reserves the right to withdraw from an organizing project if the conditions are perceived to be unsafe, if clients are in breach of their agreement (bounced cheques, non-payment, etc.), or if the services requested by clients cannot be provided through no fault of the Organizer.
The Organizer may refer another service provider or reconsider if the work area conditions change.
The Organizer recognizes your time is valuable and you should get the most from each session. Therefore, it is helpful to make arrangements for managing any potential distractions so that sessions proceed without interruption.

You maintain control at all times throughout the process. Letting go of items that have served their purpose will be encouraged, but the final decision will always remain yours. Nothing will be discarded without the client’s permission. Any item that the client decides to discard will remain the responsibility of the client. Thus the client is responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the discarding or destroying of any records or personal effects. The client agrees to make final decisions about disposition of items.
The Organizer will use reasonable care in the performance of all of duties. The Organizer will not accept responsibility for any damage to a client’s property that is not the direct result of the Organizers gross negligence.
